The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, on the sea front and a five minute walk from shops, restaurants, cafes etc. In St Anne's square. . Plenty of parking for guests, and just a short drive into Blackpool and Lytham. We had a large room overlooking the sea which was very well furnished and decorated, and the bathroom had a great walk in shower. The food was very good in the restaurant, and we were able to get a light snack in the bar one evening which was also delicious.

The hotel has a well-stocked bar, a really good restaurant for evening meals and breakfast service is super, no buffet but freshly cooked and served to your table. The staff are all keen to make sure you enjoy your stay. Make sure your keycard is kept well away from your mobile phone!!

Great value for money, perfect location on the sea front. Lovely decor and design. Breakfast was lovely. Room was a good size. Hotel manager very swift to put things right on a minor room location issue we raised - was very much appreciated - Thank you Hailey.

We had a compact double room. It was compact but it had everything we needed. There was even a bath as well as a shower and an ironing board! It was ideal. Breakfasts were good and the one time we chose to dine in the restaurant we enjoyed excellent service and a great meal.

Lovely friendly staff my grandaughter and i got stuck in the lift as we didnt know how to open the door.The receptionist on duty was lovely and calmed my 5yr old grandaughter down and showed her how the lift worked so that she wouldnt be afraid of using a lift in the future.The food at the hotel was really good and we enjoyed an evening meal with our son and family .

The breakfast was excellent. The service was really quick and there was a wide variety of food and drink on offer. The staff were polite and acknowledged me straight away. My room was clean and tidy. There was fresh linen on the bed and fresh towels in the bathroom. I liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well, so I can make a cup of tea whenever I wanted.

Myself, my Sister and our parents have just come home from spending 3 lovely days at this hotel. The staff were fantastic and so accommodating it made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and served by happy smiling staff Bintou, Hailey and Lula along with the cocktails served by Jason at the bar. If I'm being really picky I would just say that the Ribble View is a little tired. There is peeling paint on the dressing table in the twin room, stains on the sofa and carpet and it smelled musty. However, the decor was lovely and all beds wonderfully comfortable.

We always enjoy our stay at the Glendower and think this is the best of a few others we have stayed in in the past. We like to upgrade to a sea view room, these are spacious and comfortable and worth paying the extra for. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is good and has table waiting service. The car park is a good size but gets busy because lots of people go there for lunch etc.

We booked two rooms with a sea view and it was lovely to see the sunset. The double room was spacious and modern the twin was nice but in need of updating slightly. The hotel had a nice feel and plenty of areas to relax.
